Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the nails and accessories are in their original, unopened packaging to maintain hygiene standards, then securely pack them for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
